Meeting: Expansion of Annaba Port"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In implementation of the instructions of the President of the Republic, issued during the Council of Ministers meeting held on 25 January 2026, concerning the construction of the mining quay as part of the Annaba Port expansion project, the Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, Mr. Abdelkader Djellali, chaired on the evening of Wednesday, 4 February 2026, a coordination meeting dedicated to monitoring the progress of the expansion works of Annaba Port.<\/p>\n<p>This expansion includes the construction of the mining quay, which is part of the integrated phosphate project, as well as preparations for the necessary conditions to implement the new work schedule within the same project.<\/p>\n<p><img
