On Sunday, February 8th, 2026, the Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructures, Mr. Abdelkader DJELLAOUI, accompanied the Prime Minister, Mr. Saïfi Ghrib, during his visit to the wilaya of Souk Ahras, in order to monitor the project for the duplication and modernization of the eastern mining line linking Annaba to Blad El Hadba, in the wilaya of Tébessa, over a distance of 422 km.
