As part of his periodic meetings with the representatives of the people, the Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructures, Mr. Abdelkader DJELLAOUI, received, on the afternoon of Wednesday, February 11th, and the morning of Thursday, February 12th, 2026, at the headquarters of the Ministry, deputies from both chambers of Parliament representing the wilayas of Touggourt, Ouargla, M’sila, Biskra, and Constantine. These meetings addressed the concerns of citizens in these wilayas, particularly regarding the development and maintenance of the national and provincial road networks, with the aim of strengthening regional connectivity, improving transport and mobility conditions, and supporting economic and social development.
